Being a licensed Nail Technician has been my passion and my profession for over
ten years. My goal is to please my clients with my service, my attention to
artistic detail, and my genuine desire for them to look and feel great. I want
my clients to feel truly pampered and special. That is why I use Tammy Taylor
Professional nail products and most of my work is done by hand, creating a naturally sculpted look. I insure my knowledge of trends and new product development by participating in continuing education classes on a regular
basis. I have also entered and been awarded in various show competitions.

Hi! My name is Angela Whitesell. I'm a nail technician and I've been in the
beauty business for twelve years. I love what I do and that's what has kept me
here for so long. I specialize in custom pink and white acrylics, but I also
enjoy doing manicures and pedicures. I've worked for Progressions for 6 years
and took a little time off with my son Ethan. I returned to this salon because I feel like it's my home and it's where I belong!

"I have been doing nails now for 13 years.  I am truly lucky to still be in an industry and profession that I love.  I enjoy doing acrylic nails, natural manicures and pedicures and I've recently added Reflexology to my list of Specialties.  I love spending time laughing and talking with my clients.  My favorite moment is when I see my clients give in to the relaxation and pampering they are receiving, whether it's during my arm massage, extended leg and foot massage or a reflexology session, I enjoy seeing the peace on my clients face.  I am happy to be a member of such a desirable team.  We stay on top of our education and are continually going to classes and shows to see how we can evolve ourselves even more for our clients.  I look forward to seeing you in the spa!"

My 20 years in the industry began just out of high school when I worked as a receptionist at a salon here in Greensboro. After a year, I had graduated from Leon's Beauty School and received my manicurist license in 1987.

Making people feel and look good has been so rewarding so I went back to school in 1998 for the Aesthic Program to incorporate skin care into my career.

I've attended training courses with Oswedik Skin line and have been to conferences in Philadelphia, Las Vegas, Charlotte, Myrtle Beach as well as local trade shows.

My specialties include natural hair care, facials and waxing as well as mineral make-up application. My attention to detail and stringent sanitation has become my "calling card."

To add to my venue, I obtained my cosmologist license in 2005 and am assisting the hair stylist here at Progressions.

My goal is to provide an image that is best suited to my client from "head-to-toe."
