Reservations
Progressions Salon and Spa will require a valid credit card number or giftcard number to secure all reservations. All packages, multi-service reserved appointments, and hair extensions will require a 50% deposit at time of scheduling. We ask all guest to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their reserved appointment. We may have to ask you to reschedule if you are more than 15 minutes late.

Salon and Spa has a 24 hour cancellation
notice but MUST HAVE at least a 6 HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE to fill the reserved space. If a guest cancels his or her reservation in less than 6 hours, one half of the reserved appointment will be charged to credit card or gift card number. If a guest fails to show for his or her reserved appointment, without calling to cancel, the full amount of service missed will be charged.

and Visa/Mastercard/American Express and
Discover for your convenience. Returned
checks are subject to a $25 check fee.
About Gratuities
Gratuities are appreciated at Progressions Salon & Spa, although they are not a requirement. If you choose to leave a gratuity for your service provider we ask that you do so directly to them by means of cash or a personal check. Progressions Salon & Spa will have gratuity envelopes available at the front desk for your convenience. As of February 1st, we will no longer be able to handle any gratuity exchanges via credit card through the front desk. Thank you for your cooperation.

change designers, please feel free to do
so. If our regular designer is on vacation
or not available, we will be happy to recommend
another designer of the same level to serve
